Resources can be produced in shacks but you must pick them up. Resources can sometimes be found on the side of the road. Unfortunately once a building is fully upgraded, you will no longer get information Circled in yellow means you can get there but no resources, red means you can't get there. If you have the resources to build, the item will be circled in green. Hovering over the item will show you the cost and income. Left clicking should stop a queued move but not one where the worker is on the way. Workers are added by upgrading the truck.
